Come enjoy a sunset soak at our countryside getaway. This 2 bedroom unit is a fully equipped lower level apartment with a beautiful lush valley view. Both units are completely private with separate entrances. The upper level is occupied by a quiet long term renter. This unit has 1 full bathroom with shower. Laundry is available in unit. All cooking essentials are provided, full sized refrigerator and microwave. Indoor gas fireplace as well an outdoor fire pit are included. The space Room one contains a queens sized bed with a large dresser and hanging shelves. Room two contains a full sized bed, night stands and closet. A third twin sized bed in located in the main living area. All rooms are comfortably furnished. Main living area has a smart TV and recliner chairs. Kitchen has most essentials to prepare meals. Washer/dryer are located in unit. The unit is located on a large, wooded lot. Owner lives in a separate home on far side of the property. Fire pit and benches are free to use and firewood is available for purchase. There is plenty of parking for vehicles, trailers and/or boats. The area has so much to do and a written guide to the area is available to peruse. Bath towels and beach towels are available for use. There are also books and games are available and a lovely porch swing to take in the beautiful country side view. Guest access Lower level is accessed by concrete stairs on side of home. Code to lock box near door will be sent after booking. Guests have private access to hotub and entire lower level apartment. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but are limited to two, and must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet fee may be assessed. Pets must be quiet and house trained. Charges will be applied for any damages.
