Welcome to our cozy and charming cottage located in historic Grand Coteau, LA. This very spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen with all appliances, washer, dryer, fenced in back yard, and a screened front porch. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Take a short stroll to the local coffee shop, restaurant, and various shops. The home is conveniently located near I-49 and about 15 miles north of Lafayette, LA. The space This home has 3 different listings so I am able to accommodate guests who need either 1, 2, or all 3 bedrooms. The rates are adjusted according to the number of bedrooms booked. Other things to note A limited amount of bottled water, snacks, washing detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. A Keurig coffee pot, K cups, sugar, Splenda, and liquid creamer are provided as well. Bath towels and hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms. The king and queen rooms have extra blankets in the closets.
