This spacious 1,050 sq.foot two-bedroom Presidential resort suite comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests (8 guests if double occupancy in double beds in guest bedroom and sleeper sofa in living area). This suite features one king bed in the master, two double beds in the guest bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living area (linens provided). Suite comes with partial kitchen, Wi-Fi and HD TVs throughout. This two-bedroom presidential resort suite also includes separate bedrooms and entirely private for guests. Once this is added it cannot be changed during peak holidays or events with no exception so please be sure to give the correct information. If a change is able to be made on other dates(non peak times) there will be a $99.00 fee to change the name of the person who will be checking in. To avoid any fees or issues please provide the correct information to host upon booking. • A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Pets are not permitted. • Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. • No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited. • We currently offer valet parking at $45/day. There are several self-park options close to the resort also available for a fee. • You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
