There's a kitchenette for making meals full bathroom livingroom bedroom and backyard that is fenced in with a bbq grill and room for you to relax apart from the family upstairs. Well behaved furry friends and service pets always welcome. Great location for traveling to NYC, the Jersey Shore or many other wonderful places NJ has to offer. Home is in residential neighborhood. Bus and train are very close by. The space comfortable spot to relax while traveling for work or vacation. Guest access full basement and a portion of backyard that is fenced off with a 32" high fence that separates backyard for guest from family upstairs. Other things to note the stairs inside suite leading upstairs are intended for emergency only and not to be used by basement suite guests. the door is kept locked to provide privacy and separation for our Airbnb guests and our family. We do not enter basement suite while we have guests here.
