Welcome to our peaceful Cape Cod getaway, tucked in the charming Great Sand Lakes neighborhood in Harwich. This recently renovated 900 sq. ft. cottage is just a short walk from beautiful Bucks Pond, a warm freshwater pond that’s perfect for families. With no waves and calm, clear water, it’s a favorite spot for young swimmers, paddleboarding, floating, and simply relaxing. You’ll love how easy it is to slip into vacation mode here, especially with everything you need just steps away. The space Our cottage is the perfect spot for families, couples, or small groups to relax and enjoy quality time. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a comfortable couch, daybed, and cable TV—ideal for movie nights or enjoying your morning coffee. The fully stocked kitchen which makes cooking easy . The three-season porch is a favorite space, great for reading, napping, or playing games with the kids. For sleeping, the primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a floor mattress. We also provide extra sleeping space in the living room. Traveling with little ones? We’ve got a Pack-n-Play, booster high chair, toys, and games to keep them entertained. Outside, you’ll find a sunny deck with a dining table, umbrella, and a gas grill, perfect for post-beach barbecues. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a swim, and grab the beach chairs, towels, and toys from the garage for a fun day at the pond or the beach. Just a short walk to Bucks Pond, and only minutes to some of Cape Cod’s best beaches, like Red River Beach, Bank Street Beach, and Cockle Cove. Whether you love pond days or beach days, it’s all right at your doorstep. Downstairs, the finished basement provides additional space for kids or teens, with another couch, TV, and more toys and games. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer to make packing light easy! Other things to note We provide freshly laundered and rotated bed linens and towels for every stay, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and worry-free experience from the moment you arrive. The cottage can comfortably sleep up to six guests. However, for the most spacious and relaxing stay, we recommend no more than four adults—allowing everyone to stretch out and truly enjoy their time here.
