The space 🛏️ Sleeping & Living This thoughtfully designed studio blends comfort and style. The queen bed, dressed in crisp white linens and accented with playful pops of color, sits between two modern side tables with warm lighting—perfect for cozy evenings. A full-length mirror makes getting ready easy, while hardwood floors and fresh décor create a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The open layout also includes a small sofa and dining table for two, offering a cozy spot to relax, enjoy a meal, or unwind after a day of exploring. Natural light fills the room, enhancing the clean and airy feel of the space. 🍴 Kitchenette & Dining The kitchenette is set up for preparing simple meals with a double hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, mixing bowls, utensils, and wine glasses. (Please note: pantry staples like coffee, oil, or spices are not provided unless kindly left behind by previous guests.) 📺 Comforts & Amenities -Roku streaming TV -High-speed WiFi -Closet with hangers, iron & ironing board 🛁 Bathroom The bright, clean bathroom includes a full bathtub with shower, pedestal sink, and fresh towels (please note, face cloths are not provided). 🧺 Laundry Take advantage of on-site laundry facilities with multiple washers/dryers, coin operated. 🚗 Parking A garage parking space for 1 car is included with your stay—an invaluable perk so close to Boston! 🚶‍♀️🛗 Elevator Access This unit is located on the third floor when using the stairs, or floor 2 when accessed by elevator. 👶 Traveling with Kids? We offer a Pack & Play for $50 per stay. Please request it 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival. 🌡️ Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance) This unit has window AC during the warmer months. Per state law, heat is provided from September 15 to May 31. For AC installation or seasonal switchover requests, message us in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on your stay dates. ℹ️ Please Note We’re not a hotel with large-scale laundry facilities or services. 👥 We’re a small team of 8 dedicated colleagues working hard to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. 📝 Please take a moment to review the “Other Things to Note” section to set the right expectations before booking. 📍 Our greatest strength is the exceptional locations of our apartments, putting you right where you want to be in Boston. Guest access 📩 Check-in instructions will be sent the day before your arrival. Please note that a valid photo ID may be requested prior to receiving check-in details. Other things to note 🛗 Elevator Access – This unit is located on the third floor of the building, and there is an elevator available for your convenience. 🅿️ Parking – one spot provided in parking lot on site. 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and directly outside the building. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs. 👶 Pack & Play – Available for $50 per stay. Must be requested 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days.
