After decades of renting in Wellfleet every summer, we recently purchased a family home that we hope your family will enjoy as much as we do. The home sleeps 6 comfortably, with room for a few extra kiddos if they don't mind doubling up on a full bed or queen air mattress. It's a traditional Cape-style home, with newly renovated bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, brand new floors throughout, a new, fully finished basement, AC, updated lighting, and more. Our furniture, beds & mattresses were new in 2024 & 2025. The open-concept kitchen/dining/living area has gorgeous wood beams & cathedral ceilings. The newly renovated basement is perfect for kids' games or movie nights after a long day at the beach. The new back porch off the kitchen is perfect for a morning coffee, with all new large gliding screen windows. In Spring 2025, we also added a new patio, to enjoy dinner off the grill. The house has three bedrooms, with extra sleeping arrangements in the basement: Bedroom #1- Queen bed - 1st Floor Bedroom #2- 2 Twin beds - 1st Floor Bedroom #3- 2 Double beds with ensuite bath - 2nd Floor Lower Level- Comfy couch & Queen air mattress (in newly finished basement) There are two full bathrooms (partially renovated), or you can enjoy the tranquil setting by rinsing off in the new outdoor shower built in 2025. A washer and dryer for laundry is also provided in the new mudroom addition to the home (2025). The renovation also included all new windows, trim, roof, and siding. Our home is located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood, with no through traffic. We're located just a couple of miles to downtown amenities, around the corner from the famous PB Boulangerie, and a short bike ride from some of the best ocean-side beaches and freshwater ponds on Cape Cod! Around the corner, you'll find the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. You can ride, walk or run along the 25-mile trail passing through 6 Cape Cod towns. We are perfectly situated within about a 5-minute drive of Wellfleet's historic drive-in movie theatre, the Beachcomber, the national seashore, and great downtown shopping, dining, and galleries. Wellfleet is 20-25 minutes from Provincetown, which boasts beautiful beaches, welcoming restaurants, and world-famous art galleries. Wellfleet is also famous for its oysters, so come back to visit in October for Wellfleet's Oyster Fest!
