The space This is a tiny house of about 240 Sq ft. it has everything you need in a small space. Has separate bedroom with a queen bed that has head and foot board with TV. The second bed opens up from sofa for a full futon in living room and TV. Living room has more room for taller folks. Entry is a step up into porch with 2 steps into tiny house, owners live on property along with their friendly Rottweiler Sarge. Area kept clean. Also of note area is mountainous with uneven ground in most areas. Guest access Property has a gate at entrance and code will be provided the day of check in. Other things to note Property has current construction projects going. it does not affect tiny house or have any noise issues of any kind.
