Each unit was designed to maximize privacy, including private entrances for each space and high-end soundproofing in the ceilings and connecting walls. Immediately upon entering SkyLoft, you have an incredible WIDE view of the ocean and neighboring islands. The open concept design features a 60-inch flat screen streaming television, designer furnishings, and high end comfortable mattress. SkyLoft has a microwave, refrigerator, Vitamix, 10-cup drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, disposal, with dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, food storage containers, etc. The unit also contains a new Maytag stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Step outside to your private lanai, relax on the lounge or sit at the table and enjoy a beverage and pupu’s (Hawaiian for "appetizers"). The setting which inspired the name "Sky Point" overlooks the best view in Maui. You will have one of the best "due-west" facing spots on the island for viewing our world-famous sunsets 365 days a year. On the side of SkyLoft is a private lush tropical garden, private just to you, with beautiful tropical flowers and plants. That is the lush space containing your own personal hot tub where you can – night or day – relax and enjoy the solitude. Guest access Typically, the owners will greet guests upon their arrival to gain entry into the loft. Late arrivals are also easily accommodated to allow you to self check-in. The hot tub in your side garden is not shared - it is yours alone. Parking is located in the parking courtyard on the property. The courtyard is fenced and landscaped as one more way to provide the maximum amount of privacy. The TV is a Samsung Smart TV, Internet enabled, which allows you to access your Netflix, Hulu, HBOgo, and Amazon video etc. accounts. It is Hawaiian custom to remove your shoes before entering any dwelling. Quiet hours are observed from 8pm to 8am.
