Guest access Guests will have access to Swift Suite - a four bedroom home. Swift Suite is attached on one side to larger home. The outdoor pool and grill area are shared with the other residences on the property. Other things to note Please contact the host if you would like to book Swift Suite for an event such as a birthday party, pool party, bridal shower, etc. As a reminder, only eight guests are allowed to stay overnight at one time. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be added for any party or event that takes place during the day. This home is managed by a private host on Airbnb. Other Things to Note: ✷ Week long stays require a $1,000 refundable deposit at booking. ✷ Bed sheets/linens are provided and everything are laundered between each guest! ✷ Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds. Excessive dog hair may result in an additional cleaning fee. ✷ Bath, beach and pool towels are provided. ✷Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide & smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a smart deadbolt lock. ✷The guest booking the home must have their full identity (first and last name) on their Airbnb account or the reservation will be cancelled. The first and last name of all guests must be provided in advance. ✷ During the winter months, the tile floor in kitchen, dining room, and hallway leading to the 1989 room are cold so we suggest packing socks or slippers. ✷ Dogs: Guests are required to clean up after their pets immediately. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fee for any pet waste left on the property.
