The space Located on one of the oldest properties in the valley the 2-story farmhouse offers peaceful tranquility. Lower-level features 2 rooms with king beds, 3 more rooms upstairs offer a queen bed, 2 full beds and a full twin bunk bed. Each room has luxury bedding with extra blankets, towels and pillows for a comfortable stay. Upstairs lounge area offers a coffee and tea bar equipped with Keurig and mini fridge. For families traveling with small children there is a baby gate that can be setup at bottom of stairs to keep infants and toddlers on first floor, pack and play located in downstairs bedroom. We continue to work on the property and make upgrades along the way. Located just 50 miles from Missoula Airport. The Bitterroot Valley offers great experiences! Great Places to eat.... Guest access Entire home is available to guests, we do have a maids closet upstairs and a small cabinet that is locked for maid access only. Guests are allowed to enjoy grounds, we ask that our shop and outbuildings are not accessed. Located on a working farm we ask guests don’t enter fields Fields surrounding the home are used for cattle as so we ask guests stay out of fields. Other things to note Full coffee and tea bar on both levels are provided. We love good coffee and love being able to stay put in the morning and enjoy the sunrise with a good cup of coffee or tea. The home was built in 1895 and remodeled in 2022/2023. While the plumbing is new pressure upstairs can be lower if someone is showering downstairs. 2025 Summer thru Fall we are putting new landscaping in. Please note yard will not be in the best shape but will be beautiful for 2026. Thank you for your patience during the process. We will not schedule landscapers when guests are visiting.
