'Chestnut' Room at Warbler Hill

A comfy bedroom at our delightful Warbler Hill property, along with amenities including a well-equipped kitchen, high speed internet, jacuzzi tub, expansive deck, and plenty of common space to spread out, all add up to provide a superb home base for your Berkshire experience. The space The Chestnut Room is located on the second floor of a three-bedroom house. The room is furnished with a king-sized bed and has plenty of space for clothes storage. There is a full bathroom located adjacent to the bedroom, off of the central hallway. Downstairs at Warbler Hill, there is an eat-in kitchen, and 2 separate living room areas - each with a workspace available. Another full bathroom on this level features a step-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. The stairs to the basement are narrow and steep, but the basement itself is dry and clean. Guest access You are free to keep personal items in your room throughout your stay. There is space in the fridge for groceries, and in the kitchen cabinets for dry goods. Please store food thoughtfully and in a manner that will not attract pests. The coat closet and boot tray in the breezeway entrance are for use by all. You are expected to remove personal items from the remainder of the common areas, including the bathrooms, when not in use. Guests may each store 1 bicycle in the garage in a manner that does not block vehicle or pedestrian access. There is no other storage of personal items in the garage, basement, common areas, or other portions of the property without prior permission of the host. Parcel service should be directed to the breezeway entrance. Long term Guests are not permitted to represent our property as their permanent residence and are encouraged to obtain a local PO Box for regular US mail delivery. During your stay We have a local home base, however we do travel frequently. Our housekeepers have routine access to the common areas, they will not go into the private spaces. We are always available by text or telephone throughout your stay. (We are on What's App too!) We do have a local property manager to help out if you have an issue that can't be resolved otherwise. Other things to note Please park only in the spots along the frontage of the property (near the road), or along the curb. We do not recommend that you pull down the driveway, as it is quite steep. We will not be responsible for the cost of towing if you disregard this warning and get stuck. We do have a gardener who has access to the garage & who may come and go without notice.
