Fully furnished and supplied, this 3rd floor apartment is located in a secure building with pay- per-load washer/dryer in basement, WIFI and all utilities included. TV'S are located in both living room and bedroom. Perfect for a student or working professional, near Berklee, Northeastern, MIT, Boston University and the Prudential Center. The space Well appointment third floor apartment with wood floors, updated appliances, marble tile and shower/tub combination plus pantry and an entire wall of built in closet storage. Guests must be able to climb stairs. This apartment has a window a/c unit for the summer months and for the colder months heat is provided to the entire building. There is no thermostat in the apartment to adjust heat. As it can get pretty warm, the best way to regulate the temperature is to crack open some windows to allow fresh, cool air in. Although this unit is located on a one way street, off of a main road, city street noise can be still be heard in the unit. Guest access You will be provided with keys to both the building and the unit. The most exterior front door is left unlocked during the day for postal deliveries and automatically locks during night-time and early morning hours. A code will be provided for access during those times. Other things to note Rentals must be 6 months or more, owner may consider a small pet. This building was built in 1899 and does NOT have an elevator and has strict rules regarding noise and garbage/ recycle disposal. This unit also does NOT have a parking spot. It's location is close to the T and other forms of transportation to navigate the city plus Boston is very walkable. Whole Foods, CVS, Ace Hardware, and post office are located on the corner and Trader Joe's, Star Market. TJ Max, and Target are all a short walk plus we have three coffee shops within a two block radius.
