Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire second floor—your own private apartment with a separate entrance, living room, compact kitchen, and bathroom. No living spaces are shared with the downstairs unit, where we (your Airbnb hosts) conveniently reside. The apartment itself is private; the deck, walkway, and parking area are shared with us. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything. Ring our door bell if you need something but couldn’t contact or meet us otherwise. Other things to note 1. There is a TV that you can use with your own YouTube and Amazon Video Prime accounts. It also has an HDMI port and cable to plug onto your own device, should you like to do so. However, there are NO TV cables or broadcast channels. 2. Our outdoor security cameras cover the sidewalk, parking, and garage areas, but, for your privacy, there are none inside or facing the building. 3. Booking for someone else: If you are making a reservation for someone else, Airbnb’s “book for someone else” process allows the actual guest to be added to the reservation and receive our communications directly. This helps with check-in and any services they may need during their stay. while we host them. 4. We have a 240-volt NEMA 14-50 outdoor receptacle available for EV charging. You’re welcome to use it, provided you bring your own compatible charging cable/adapter. We have successfully charged our Tesla from this outlet using a Tesla Mobile Connector.
