This house is a spacious, contemporary, fun place to stay for a quick vacation! We pride ourselves on cleanliness and quick response. This space is newly decorated and furnished for your comfort. Bring the whole family and friends to this great place with lots of room for fun and leave with great memories! Basement is available with additional beds only if there are more than 7 guests. We have 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed available on the second floor. The space The house is fully renovated with brand new kitchen including appliances and pots and pans. The house has wood flooring throughout the house. There are three spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms and two single bathrooms. The house is furnished with brand new furniture. We have 55 inch TV with dignity cable and WiFi service . Note: we have 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed (twin on top and full on the bottom) set. No additional beds are set in the basement unless requested based on the number guests over 7. Guest access Guest are allowed to use the entire house. We have an open spacious basement. Other things to note Absolutely No parties/events allowed at the property. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM. Anyone who has a party at the property will be subjected to a fine of $1000 per incident. - Any unintended guest/animal will be subjected to a fine of $150 per person per day - any unauthorized late check out will be subjected to $100 fine per hour - Any pets that shed hair extremely (all over bedsets) will be charged extra $100 cleaning fee. - Smoking INSIDE the house will be charged to $500. - Any damage to the linens will be charged $50 each. - Any damage or make up on the white towels will be charge $25 each.
