Hotel Klaus is a newly restored boutique hotel in the middle of the National Historic District of Washington, LA. The 9 bedroom hotel dates to 1870 and has since been carefully restored to its original old world charm, yet includes all new modern amenities. Our hotel has a beautiful courtyard, garden and cocktail pool. The pool area has imported tile, splash area with seating and massive palm trees fitting of a mini Caribbean destination site. The space The Grand Balcony Room is one of our finest rooms w/ two massive floor to ceiling walk-through sliding sash windows that open on to the front balcony overlooking Main St. Originally part of the parlor and converted by the Klaus family into the "mahogany room" for guests. You enter the room from the grand hall which also has door access to the front balcony. Beautiful fireplace, king bed,en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and King bed.
