Ideal for business, curious, antique shoppers, short term only, overnight or weekend stays. Dog on property but super friendly- can be isolated upon request. The space My property is a 3 bedroom, two bath residential home located in the heart of Sturbridge historic district. Walking distance (across the street) to the town common and Public House. Easy access to Rt. 20, CT84 and MA Pike Rt.90. Ideal for wedding guests, business, etc. Sturbridge has several different hiking options, breweries and many event venues; The Host Hotel & Conference Center, Public House, The Barn at Wright Tavern and Old Sturbridge Village. Owner lives on property with two dogs. This is why I can not accept other pets. My dogs are super friendly but two is company, three's a crowd. If you are not a pet person, I can isolate my dogs during your stay to my yard, garage or owner occupied rooms. Your suite has everything you need for an overnight or weekend stay. The GuestRoom is located upstairs with private bath. Guest access Guests enter through the front main door. Key code shared prior to check-in. Your room is straight up the stairway to the right. Spacious guest-room with private bathroom next to your room. During your stay This is my home. I’ll be in and out. The guestroom is a large space with all the amenities you need.
