Our guests will also have access to our incredible backyard with a stage area, yard games and plenty of outdoor seating. Guest access Guests will have access to the home and backyard area. Access to the inside of the Fest House Lounge and outdoor restrooms is not provided for regular bookings. Guests can request to book the Fest House Lounge and outdoor restrooms for an additional fee. Other things to note Standard bookings at Chez La Fete are for 10 guests maximum. Guests will have access to the entire home as well as our incredible backyard area which features a covered seating lounge area as well as a stage area and plenty of additional outdoor seating. Perfect for your next get together or small event! We also have numerous other amenities for catered events available upon request. Guests will not have access to the inside of our Fest House Lounge or our outdoor restrooms. Guests can request to book the Fest House Lounge and outdoor restrooms for an additional fee. NO Events are allowed without approval by management. We do allow small events. However, we do charge additional event fees. Events must be scheduled and coordinated in advance with management. All events are to end or move inside by 10pm with respect to our Quiet Hours Policy.
