Enjoy the amazing lifestyle on Lake Quinsigamond, while being close to the city center of Worcester. Even if you come to work in the area, it feels like being on vacation. Lots of fun things to do all year around and only 40min to Boston. This 4BR house on 0.3 acres has a large front and back yard. It has a car port for 2 cars, and two docks. Great for short-term rentals. Very close to UMass hospital, grocery stores, gym, restaurants, route 20 and I-90. Pet friendly. Kayaks are available. The space This is a 4-bedroom fully furnished lake house (old colonial house) with a 100feet waterfront in one of the best areas of Lake Quinsigamond. It is ideal for short term rentals. For longer stays we would consider a discounted price. This home is pet friendly. Off-street parking space for 4 cars (two under a car port). We do have kayaks. Only 5min to UMass Memorial Hospital/UMass medical School. There are several grocery stores just few minutes away (Market Basket, Starbucks, Whole Foods, TraderJoe's, CVS). It is close to several restaurants. It has fast wifi internet connection. The house has large front and back yards (0.38 acres), a gazebo, a recreation dock, a boat dock, two jetski docks, an area for hammock, and a campfire area. We do have one kayak available. The Shrewsbury public boat ramp is located at : 37 Tamarack Ln, Shrewsbury. The master bedroom (second floor) has a queen bed and is connected to a room in the attic (third floor). This bedroom (kids room) has a twin size bunk bed and a mattress under it. The third room (second floor) has a queen size bed. The fourth room (second floor) looking out over the lake has a queen size bed. The sofa-bed in the living room (ground level) can be converted to a queen size bed. We also have a queen size air mattress available. Easy commute with only a couple of minutes to access to I-90 (Boston Turnpike) and Route 20. It is only 10min to downtown Worcester. It is a good option for those who come to visit Boston and want to stay in a quite place. It is only 40min driving to Boston off rush hour. It is only few minutes drive to Grafton commuter rail station or Worcester rail station. 40min to Gillette stadium and 40min to Warrior Ice Arena. It is very close to Swedish park, Jordan Pond, and Worcester Lake Park with tennis and basket ball courts and trails where you can hike, bike or walk your dog. It is 5min from White city where you have banks, many stores, restaurants, and a gym (Planet Fitness). Close by it is Regatta point community sailing where you can rent sail boats, kayaks and pedal boats, or participate in a sailing course during the summer.
