Sleeping 10 comfortably, we boast NO STAIRS (!). The converted garage makes an incredible crafting/quilting spot for you and your friends! *NOTE - rates are based on a per person fee with a base rate of $150 per night (or three guests). Close to Creston, Afton and the lakes, we have ample parking for vehicles, boats or trailers. The space Beautiful acreage with four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large open kitchen/dining/living room. Other things to note Please note that we have a $50 per person fee with a minimum nightly fee of $150. One dog under 20 lbs. is welcome to stay for a $100 pet fee. No other pets allowed. Any pet damage will be billed with a minimum of $250. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. As additional $500 fee will be charged if we find any evidence of smoking in the home, including residual smells. No unregistered guests in the home without prior approval. Rates will apply
