In-law suite w/ private entrance

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. In-law suite with lock off and private entrance. It is a nice basement 1 bedroom apartment close to downtown but on a very quiet street. The bed is a queen size The space basement apartment in a classic cape cod house. it an an apartment in ia century home with all the charm like field stone walls that we have stuccoed. However the ceiling is low 6'10". we did put noise cancelling insulation in the ceiling. unfortunately you can still hear people walking and talking upstairs Guest access The guests have access to the backyard. with a nice table for morning coffee and a BBQ if you want to grill some food. Other things to note Very quiet street, but close to WPI (1 mile) downtown (1.5 miles)
