Located 1 hour from the city of New Orleans, 25 minutes from Nicholls State University (Thibodaux) and an 1 and 15 minutes from the gulf of mexico (Grand Isle). The space The house sits on 3 acres and is located in a remote area of town. It is one of only two houses on a gravel road. There are two catch and release ponds in the front yard. It is a what the locals call a cajun mans paradise. Guest access The guest have access to all areas of the fenced in 3 acres along with everything in the house except the personal space under the stairs.
