The space The first floor is an open layout. When entering the front door, there is a living room with hallway to the kitchen. The kitchen has a granite island with bar stools and oversight into 10-seat dining room table. A second living area is beyond the kitchen, leading out to the deck. The second living area has an additional game table and mahogany entertainment bar. Both living rooms have TVs. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a queen bedroom with closet; the second bedroom has two twin beds and closet. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. The large primary suite has two walk-in closets as well as private bath with shower and bath tub. The basement has a multi-purpose room also able to serve as a fourth bedroom, with a small couch and full-size futon. There is a laundry room with extra large washer and dryer as well as bonus shower for rinsing from the beach. There is a front porch and back deck with patio and lounge furniture and grill. Guest access Guests can utilize the entire house aside from two owner-closets that are locked in the basement. Other things to note The house is on a residential street with many families. It is a calm, relaxed atmosphere. It is not a party house. The fireplace and bidet are not functional.
