Enjoy incredible sunrise views of Essex Bay from the wraparound porch of this stately Victorian home in the quaint and picturesque Conomo Point community. The beach and dock are nearby, making it a paradise for boating and swimming. The enormous living room features a side room with upholstered window seats, the dining room easily seats 8, and a large eat-in kitchen. Each four-bedroom is spacious and bright, with one full bathroom and one half, plus an outdoor shower. The space We lovingly renovated our home, keeping the original character and charm intact whenever possible. The home features large rooms, tall ceilings, and—best of all—tons of natural light from dozens of windows. Almost all the way around the front is a large porch, which you'll love for its views and the opportunity to share a friendly wave with passersby. Please note: Half of the weekly cost of our home is due upon signing, and the other half is to be paid 30 days before your arrival date. Guest access You may park up to three cars on the side yard, and you'll receive a key when we meet in person to check you in. Other things to note Our home shall not be occupied overnight by anyone other than the occupants named in the reservation. No person shall be permitted to sleep in any location on or about the Conomo house other than the beds provided in each room. PLEASE NOTE: 1/2 of the total payment is due upon booking our house with AIRBNB, with the remaining 1/2 of the total cost to be paid 30 days before your arrival date. No smoking, vaping, open flames, lanterns, fires, incense, sparklers, flambé cooking, or any fire source inside will be allowed inside the Conomo house. Under no circumstances are pets or other animals allowed at any time in the Conomo house. Conomo Point is a close-knit community with Conomo houses nearby. Your respect for neighbors is essential. Noise, parties, or other activities that disturb neighbors or raise a concern for the safety of life, limb, or property, or that result in the dispatch of public safety officials, will be grounds, at the Owner’s discretion, for immediate termination of this agreement. Use of the fireplace is not permitted at any time. Parking on the property is limited to 3 vehicles. A Boat and trailer may be permitted, but only with the Owner's prior approval. The Conomo house has a “tight tank” septic system. When the tight tank is full, an alarm will go off. At this point, the Occupant will promptly notify the Owner, and the Owner will arrange to pump out the tight tank. The occupant will be held responsible for all breakage and any damage to or loss of personal property in the Conomo house or the structure and systems comprising the Conomo house. The occupant understands and agrees that, while the Owner has no intent to impinge on the Occupant’s enjoyment of the Conomo house or intrude unnecessarily, the Owner retains the right to enter the Conomo house upon reasonable prior notice for purposes of repair, maintenance, or inspection during appropriate daylight hours, and otherwise in the event of an emergency. The occupant acknowledges that the Owner does not have any personal property insurance coverage for items that the Occupant brings to the Conomo house and that the Owner assumes no liability for any loss of or damage to such property. At the end of the occupancy period, the Occupant will leave the Conomo house in the same condition and repair as existed at the beginning of their occupancy period. The occupant agrees to reimburse the Owner for any costs of collection, including reasonable legal fees, should the Occupant default on any obligations of the Occupant under this agreement.
