Other things to note There is a two floor unit above this unit so you may hear people walking around or talking in the unit above. Also, although the entire unit is located on the first floor and on one level, there are two steps up to access the twin bedroom at the the end of a hallway. The queen bedroom is on the same level as the rest of the apartment, however. There is a window AC in the living room and fans in each bedroom. If you are new to Airbnb or will be bringing a pet, you may be asked to sign our rental/pet agreement. The agreement states the dates of stay, the names of each guest, the house rules and information about your pet. You will have 48 hours to review the agreement and if you are not comfortable signing it, you can cancel for a full refund. Pets must be approved by the host in advance of your stay. If approved, there is a $130 pet fee per stay. Only dogs. No cats.
