Set back from the main road on a quiet cul de sac, this is the place to relax. There are warm and inviting places to lounge, watch a movie, play games or cook a favorite meal. Enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon sun out on the back deck surrounded by quiet woods and filled with songbirds making it the perfect respite from any busy day. The space ***Please note - this is owners primary residence*** Although, my home is in a quiet setting with walking trails right out the front door, within two miles there are several restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and other shopping opportunities. Boston sightseeing and Harvard Square in Cambridge are about a 35 minute drive. There is a commuter rail (5.7 miles) with ample free parking, if you prefer not to drive. Is history your thing? Learn about the Revolutionary War at Old North Bridge in Concord (11 miles), Thoreau's Walden Pond (11 miles), or Longfellow Inn just minutes away. More interested in the great outdoors? Garden in the Woods is a few minutes walk, Cochituate State Park with swimming, hiking trails and boat rentals (4.6 miles), and tons of farm stands and country roads to explore. This area is popular with road biking enthusiasts. Enjoy Fenway Park where you can catch a Red Sox game or head to Gillette Stadium to see a concert, or a Patriots or New England Revolution game, or a World Cup game. No matter where your interests lie there is something for everyone within a 45 minute driving radius. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. The shared full bathroom has a bath tub/shower. Both are on the second floor. A half bath can be found on the main floor off of the family room.
