Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and shops etc. Still, you can enjoy a quiet neighborhood with 1+ acre property. You can sip your coffee or read your book in the backyard or patio while hearing birds chirping and perhaps rabbits checking you out whether you are looking or not:). We are right off the highway Route 3. Boston: 30 mins drive Cape Code: 1 hour drive No pet in the home. There is a set of stairs. You wont be comfortable get on and off the stairs. - Food trash - please bring it downstairs to the garage bins in front of garage nightly. We do not want to attract bugs nor create odor to the space. This is a FLAME-FREE Home. No smoking inside or outside the property. If you need to smoke, you have a dedicated smoke area in the backyard beyond large painted rocks. We appreciate it if you stay out until the smoke clears from your body. -No smoking/flames/alcohol - No party/gatherings -double occupancy/No visitors -provide photo & self check in -NO VISITORS, day or night. -No Smoking/drinking, inside or out. - No pets - Quiet hours 10PM-8 AM - We are bare feet in house. Appreciate if you use slippers/flip flop - Checkout is anytime before 11:00 am. We respect guests that check out on time as it allows us to clean the room and launder the linens to serve our next guests. - AC, 1 ac in the hall way, 1 fan in the room. - Keys: Lost key. $10/ key Indemnification agreement related to 11 steps stairs leading to 2nd Fl : This is the old home which was gutted and updated with all new appliances & safety standards. The stair is part of structure of old style and host has rail and stair threads. The guests are advised hold on to the rail while using the stairs. If the guests are using a walker, we recommend not to book this home. You won't be comfortable. The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the host from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising the stairs disclosure.
