The Office

Come enjoy some rest & relaxation in our little slice of the country. This former office building turned guesthouse is ready to offer you a respite from the hustle & bustle of city life The space This former business office has been renovated into a guesthouse. We are working on some cosmetic changes when it is unoccupied to make your stay even more comfortable, so please excuse our progress. The office building is located behind our house just outside of Manchester. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. We have a second bedroom with two twin sized beds. There is a lot of floor space for air mattresses if more people need to be accomodated. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a small half bath for your use. The full bathroom is stocked with towels and basic toiletries. There is a full sized refrigerator in the kitchenette, as well as a toaster oven, toaster, induction burner (with compatible cookware), electric griddle, crock pot & waffle iron for cooking purposes. We have some basic kitchen & dining utensils. Feel free to ask us if you’re looking for something specific. We do have a propane grill that we make accessible to guests during warmer weather. There is a 42” TV with a Fire stick in the office connected to the WiFi. Convenient parking located on the cement pad outside the door of the office. Please be aware that we do have animals on our property - we have several chickens, a few dogs & cats that may be roaming around. Not to mention all the wildlife that wander in & out of our yard regularly. There are some trail cameras located around our property as well as a camera in the backyard floodlight. Guest access Guests will have full access to the guesthouse. There is a laundry room in the guesthouse that is available upon request. Additionally, there is a basement under the office. The stairs are not great & we would ask guests to not go to the basement unless necessary during severe storms. There is another office space attached to the guesthouse. The door to that space is locked & inaccessible to guests.
