Whether you need 1 bedroom or the whole house we offer the Cottage which sleeps 8 guests OR we now have the Loft above the garage in the backyard which sleeps 3 guests. It can be found on Airbnb as the Loft Audubon IA. The bright playful style and comfortable furnishings will make you feel right at home during your stay. We look forward to hosting your group-large or small! The space We hope you all will enjoy the antique character of the Craftsman style cottage along with the modern amenities. The wood floors, the 5 built-ins & wood trim are all original. Our favorite is the original booth style kitchen seating and hope you will find it quaint as well and enjoy making memories together. Guest access Guests are welcome to make themselves at home on the main and upper level of the cottage. The favorite spaces are the front porch and back patio. The new fire pit area is a shared space with the newly constructed Loft and its guests located in the backyard. The Loft above the garage (in the backyard of the Cottage) is now available! It includes additional sleeping space for 3-4 people, full bathroom, living room, kitchen table, work space and a kitchenette. Guests will feel secure with keyless secure entry & exterior security cameras. Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors are throughout the interior of the Cottage and Loft Other things to note We do offer 3 vintage bicycles, yard games, board games, marble games for your enjoyment. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any injuries to persons riding the bikes, but do hope you enjoy them. Especially the tandem bike!
