Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware/utensils, Keurig coffee maker, and complimentary pods, tea, and popcorn to start your day right. Bedrooms: Two comfortable queen bedrooms featuring premium soft linens, fluffy pillows, and generous walk-in closets for easy unpacking. Bathrooms: Two full baths – one with a relaxing shower/tub combo and unique wolf-themed curtain; the other with a modern glass-door walk-in shower. Workspace: Dedicated workstation with excellent high-speed WiFi – great for blending work and vacation. Extra sleeping: Versatile ottoman converts to a single bed, perfect for a child or small adult (sleeps up to 6 total). Additional comforts: In-unit full-size washer and dryer, board games, puzzles, and an exercise mat for downtime or light workouts. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire unit. Your stay includes one designated parking spot in the garage. Additional street parking is also available for extra vehicles. The only area that is off-limits is a locked mechanical room. Other things to note Short-term focus during the summer peak season. Mid-term stays welcome during slower months (Oct.-May). No smoking/vaping indoors. Quiet hours respected for neighborhood peace. Check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM. Self check-in with smart lock instructions provided. Pets considered case-by-case (contact host first). Not suitable for parties or events.
