Quiet house, great quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown, shopping and restaraunts, park and lake access. Once through the main kitchen There is a staircase to the upstairs room that is a bit awkaward. You will have access to the full upstairs space. The space Private upstairs suite with a kitchenette. Large bedroom with full bath. Entire upper level to yourself. Quiet and conveniently located. Cot available for third guest, for set up in main room. On a side note, I am into aquatics and do have a 600 gallon koi pool and 300 gallon fancy goldfish pool in the basement, message me if u would like to see them, if our schedules line up I would be happy to show them to you.
