Escape to our stunning home on Plum Island, perfectly nestled a block from the beach. This spacious retreat offers plenty of room for relaxation, whether you’re inside or enjoying the outdoor amenities. Soak up the sun at the beach, fire up the grill, then unwind in the private hot tub as you take in the coastal breeze. Located a short drive from downtown Newburyport, it’s the perfect getaway for family and friends! The space The property is located a 2 minute walk from Plum Island Beach & a 2 minute walk from the Basin. A quiet backroad and a great spot for family and children. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home - excluding a few utility closets, a storage room and shed. Other things to note We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, and tea to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies. Other Rules / Fees: • No party’s or events, quiet hours from 10pm to 8am • Our home allows up to 8 overnight guests and allows up to 12 people total on-site during the daytime- violations be subject to removal • Cats live here when not rented; home is thoroughly cleaned and has a HEPA filter, but allergy-sensitive guests should be aware. • No more than 4 cars may be parked without prior approval • Check-out is 10:00AM unless otherwise noted. • Late check-out fees: – 30 minutes late = $100 – 2 hours late = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests’ stay • Unauthorized guests or smoking (and other violations): $500 • Noise complaints: $500 • Tampering with technology (Ring camera, locks, or smoke alarms, etc.) : $500 Note: You have to be at least 25 years old to book.
