Four Seasons Luxury Loft

Welcome to our cozy Montana Loft! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on our balcony with views of the Rimrocks in the distance. Our place features a large soft bed, Artwork from a regional artist, kitchen w/cooking basics (spices, olive oil, etc), coffee bar, 2 large TVs, laundry supplies, complimentary toiletries, a dedicated workspace, blackout curtains/shades throughout, a dedicated parking spot in covered garage, and all the amenities you would need for either a short or long stay. The space Located on the 2nd floor above Four Seasons Ins. Agency, accessed through back door. Be advised that the loft is accessed via stairs. Guests will also have access to a detached single covered garage unit accessed by opener attached to wall inside back door of loft or wall mounted opener inside back door of garage unit. We are providing this to guests as parking can get a little congested in the area. Access to the back door is by key in lock box and access to the loft is via coded keyless entry, codes will be given day of check in. The space provides the following: Artwork throughout the space by a Regional artist. A fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics such as spices, oil, foil, welcome drinks, coffee and tea bar, island seating, etc. A dedicated office/work space. Bathroom with tub (flameless candles in cabinet under sink for baths) with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Bedroom with extra pillows/blankets, small “take it home with you if you love it” style book library, additional complimentary toiletries, games, puzzles, large TV and blackout curtains. Closet with washer/dryer and laundry supplies provided, drying rack, iron, steamer, lint rollers, luggage rack. Living room has large TV, Hide-a-bed couch (queen size with bedding/pillows in bedroom closet), 2 chairs, 2 ottomans (1 stored in office), black out shades, wireless speaker (in kitchen cabinet) and small dining table. Balcony has 2 chairs, 2 person bench seat, coffee table, 2 solar bug zappers and 2 solar lamps (in kitchen cabinet), solar string lights, extra outdoor pillows (in basket by balcony door) and fire safety balcony ladder (in bottom of basket under pillows by balcony door. Welcome binder with any instructions you would need plus troubleshooting for the items in the loft, an inventory list of items in the loft and where they are located so you don't waste time searching, guide to local restaurants, activities (indoor and outdoor), grocery markets, breweries, info on the artist who provided the artwork for the loft, T.V. accessibility info w/ Spectrum cable stations plus Netflix, Peacock & Hulu - guest profile/access instructions. Guest access The entire Loft, Balcony and Garage are yours for the duration of your stay! Other things to note Neighborhood: Walking distance to parks/playgrounds, Maple Moose coffee and ice cream shop in the building next door, MT cup pizza and tap room/wine bar in the building next door, access to Yellowstone River nearby, easy access to highway. Early check in or late check out MAY be an option but is dependent on cleaning time and bookings. Please send us a request and we will do our best to accommodate if the schedule allows. Luggage store may be an option M-F during Business hours (8:30am to 5:30pm) with our Insurance office on the first floor with ADVANCE notice/request and approval. If approval is granted in advance, then the luggage store request is guaranteed for that date and time. Please understand that this service is dependent on staff availability and may not be approved even with advance request. Please note that these hours and days are FIRM and there is no option for luggage store in the evenings or on the weekends.
