POOL HEAT: The pool has the option of heat. Heating the pool will be an additional $100 per day for each night of the stay. DOCK: Enjoy time in the sun on our covered dock. Our dock offers seating for 4 around a table and a rocking bench that will seat 2. PATHWAY TO DOCK: Take a trip to the dock on a short 192ft. walk to the dock on a nice, paved walkway. Off of this walkway, you will see the picnic table and firepit. LAKE LEVEL: As of June 5, 2026, we do not have water off of our dock. You can still use the kayaks but you will need to walk them to the water We typically have around 4-6 feet of the water in the spring / summer. In the fall / winter you may not have water off the end of the dock but you can still use the kayaks by walking them to the water's edge. OTHER THINGS: CHECK IN: 4PM-8PM CHECK OUT: 10AM LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM): May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate/offer additional support LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY: Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in.
