See amenities & rules section for more details. Driving: Suite is: 30mins to Foxboro, 45mins from LoganAirport, 30mins into Boston, 40mins to Casino & 60mins into CapeCod. Restaurants, Beaches, Golf Courses, Malls, WholeFoods, CVS, Walmart, Bakeries, Dunkin, Starbucks, Spas, Clinics &more, are close. The space Home owners and family live on the first level. Your suite has a private entrance at the rear with 15 step of stairs. Commute to nearby locations can also be accessed with buses, redline subway, commuter rails and car. Guest access Entire suite is on second floor. Guest have access to the place, no shared space. The floor does lead to the attic, so host will need to access if needed during your stay. Guest is not allowed access to the first floor where host lives, so all connecting doors should remain locked while Guest is on second floor. Laundry washer, dryer in the suite is unplugged and unavailable for Airbnb. A Laundromat is 3 mins away. Guest would use the provided code for the Yale lock for entry. Backup key will be in a lockbox for self check-in. Host is available for any questions or issues. Other things to note Though listing is for 3 guests, this entire apartment can host up to 4 guests. Second bedroom will have an air mattress provided. Guests over 18yrs preferred. If there are kids in your number of guests, please inform host at the time your stay request is sent so a consideration and discussion can occur with host.
