Welcome to Stars of Boston's charming three-bedroom apartment at 16 Linder Terrace in Newton! Nestled within a beautifully maintained Victorian home, this second floor unit offers both historic charm and modern comfort. It’s an ideal space for professionals, students, or anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient living experience. The space Inside, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and a private TV, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The apartment features hardwood floors throughout, with a cozy living area perfect for unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and utensils, along with a refrigerator, microwave, convection oven  and double burner hotplate for cooking needs (though it does not have a stove or oven). The unit includes a full bathroom. Off-street parking is available for your convenience but not permitted during winter months. Disclaimer: This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Guest access Entire unit Other things to note After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. Parking is available at $250mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee. Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
