The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. The space Limited parking on property. 2- 3 car max. Other things to note * $50 a hour late fee for late check outs. We have a cleaning service that arrives at 10 AM. Late check outs cause delays in cleaning schedules. *No Drugs allowed on the property. Guest violating these rules will be asked to leave property.
