Our mountain-view farmhouse sits on a 5 acre knoll, 300' from a quiet country road, surrounded by the sights and sounds of quintessential New England. The location of the property strikes a perfect balance between seclusion and convenience with access to hiking, kayaking, biking, parks, restaurants, grocery, and shopping close by. Restaurant food delivery of local favorites for Japanese (including sushi), Chinese, pizza, sub, salads, etc is available. A framed view of Mount Wachusett is front and center as you pull into the driveway. The house has solid flooring surfaces throughout (except carpeted stairs to lower level) and is 100% pet-free, down-free, and smoke-free (no exceptions please). The air in the entire house is MERV-13 filtered to remove airborne viral particles and there is a thermostats for heating and cooling on each level of the home. We consider comfortable sleeping to be an essential part of any guest experience. Our mattresses are all high quality. Our pillows are down-free. Guests are free to use the contents of home and yard, including the outdoor tree swings, which are for adult use only. Children may use the swings with continuous adult supervision only. The treadmill, stereo system, jetted tub, EPIC home theater, kitchen appliances, cutlery etc... are OK to use. Please enjoy all items with gentleness and due care. Be careful with kitchen cutlery as they are properly sharpened on a regular basis. Please hand wash all knives and cutting boards. Guests are welcome to eat any ripe food found growing on the property during their stay , including asparagus, strawberry, raspberry, black raspberry, blackberry, gooseberry, currants, peaches, pears, plums, apples, grapes, etc... We ask that you pick only what is ripe, and leave what will not be eaten, or is not ripe, for the next guest. This property is our home when we are in Massachusetts. If we are in state at the time of your stay, we stay in a separate building on the property. The property sits near the borders of Princeton and South Leominster and offers an incredible balance of country quiet, privacy, and convenience to recreation, shopping, and all major routes. The property is accessible by car, or via MBTA Commuter Rail to the Wachusett Station and a $15 +/- Uber ride to the farm. This property is for responsible enjoyment of registered guests only. Loud gatherings and parties are not welcome. We have and will terminate any stay with excessive noise or with guest counts that exceed the number of registered guests. If your guest count changes after a stay is confirmed please send a change request prior to your stay. Please do not approach or enter the barns or outbuildings on the property. There is conservation land within walking distance, including open fields, wooded trails for hiking, mountain biking, etc..
