Newly finished one bed, one bathroom, 3rd floor private space steps from the heart of Beverly Farms. Walking distance to commuter rail, library, restaurants & shops, as well as park and beach. Also located near trails ideal for walking or biking. Within two miles of Gordon College and Endicott College - perfect accomodation for parent's weekend and/or graduation. Just a short drive or train ride to Salem, Rockport, and other North Shore attractions. The space The guest suite is located on the third floor of our multi family home. We occupy the first floor, we have a long term tenant on the second floor, and the third floor is for Air BnB guests. Guest access The guest suite entrance is a shared exterior door with our long term tenant, but once inside the hallway and up the stairs, each unit has a separate entrance.
