Lower level bedroom with couch, desk/workspace, queen bed, & large closet with plenty of room for storage & clothes. This room has everything you need, including a flat screen TV, mini refrigerator/freezer, and free laundry machines just down the hallway. You'll share the bathroom with just one other bedroom (bathroom is between the rooms). The KITCHENETTE down the hall has a sink, microwave, double burner cooktop with frying pans, pots, etc. (Please note there is not an actual stove). The space This room is located on the lower level of the house, with convenient access to laundry machines and Kitchenette on the same floor (sink, microwave, coffee maker, double plug in induction cooktop with pots, pans, etc). Please note there is not an actual stove. Guest access You have access to your private bedroom, laundry room, and shared Bathroom & Kitchenette. During your stay I'm always available if you need assistance. Other things to note PARKING If you get a Boston Resident Parking permit sticker, there is no time restriction for free parking on our street. If you don't have a Boston Residential Parking permit sticker, there is still free street parking on nights and weekends, and free street parking during weekdays except you are limited to 2 hour parking during the day. Additional Metered parking is located on Harvard Street.
