There are a few close laundromat in the neighborhood and plenty of great restaurants. We do like to maintain our space at a high standard so there are a few ground rules: • No smoking inside or around the property • No party after 8PM • Trash need to be put out every Monday and Thursday night after 9PM by the street; Recycles need to be put out every other Tuesday night. For party of 3 guests, one extra twin size bed can be provided upon request.
