Comfy, Coastal Hideaway

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. While you'll be renting a room in our home, I assure you we treat our guests as friends/family. With your own bedroom with lock and a dedicated bathroom for you during your stay, a mile from Devereux Beach, downtown Salem less than a 10 min drive, and 25 min to Logan Airport, this little hideaway is sure to please. You will also have access to the yard that has a fire pit, along w/ kitchen and living room areas. We do have pets. The space You'll be renting a private bedroom w/ a queen size bed, a/c unit in the summer time, a work space w/ a desk and lamp, multiple outlets with charging spots, a mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle, multiple books for your enjoyment, a closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board, and a large smart TV. The bathroom will be dedicated to you during your stay and has a jacuzzi tub, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and a bidet. You will have access to the yard which has multiple seating areas, a fire pit, and a grill you may use. We do have indoor cats that are rescues from the Virgin Islands, 2 Wheaton Terriers, and a rescue pup from Turks and Caicos. They will not be in your space during your stay. I provide coffee, cream and sugar, different teas, and some snacks. You may use the kitchen as well, just let me know as my son lives in the basement and cooks every now and then. **420 Friendly 😊**. Room decor according to season and location, beachy vibe, halloween and fall I go all out! Guest access Guests will have their own bedroom with lock, a dedicated full bathroom w/ jacuzzi tub, access to living room, kitchen, and yard. During your stay I am available in person when I am home, but you can also reach me via text or phone call anytime. Other things to note Please keep in mind we have pets incase you have allergies. Wheaton's are hypoallergenic but unfortunately the rescues are not. They are all very friendly though. You may occasionally see them in the yard or kitchen area. We use a gate to block them from other areas of the house. All of the rescue cats are indoor only.
