Walkable to Williams College, Spring Street, The Clark Art Institute, Wild Oats co-op, Dollar General, Walgreens, Dunkin, & many unique restaurant and shops. The space The primary bedroom has an extra firm (!) king sized bed, nightstands on both sides, a good sized closet, & a large wall-mounted flat screen Roku TV. There is also a dresser for your use. The guest room has a queen sized bed with nightstands & a good sized closet. There is a dresser with an attached mirror and a sitting chair. There is a generous linen closet in the hall directly across from the newly renovated bathroom. Fans & a space heater are stored in here should you want them. Newly renovated bathroom with tub/shower combo. Dedicated workspace in the living area, 2 lay-flat recliners, massive Roku TV, lovely front window, ceiling fan. My favorite room in the house is the 3-season porch. Open all the windows & enjoy the sounds of nature! There is a kitchen with seating for 4 at the table, brand new appliances, a fully ventilated over the range microwave to guide heat & food aromas out of the house. Dedicated filtered water tap straight out of the sink. Ice maker in the freezer! The backyard has a fire pit, & 4 Adirondack chairs. In the garage a there is badminton, and a croquet set if you’d like to set them up. The yard is flat and grassy, perfect for these activities. A newly paved driveway offers ample parking for 2 vehicles. Guest access The house is fully available, however the garage is not. Bicycles can be stored in there but no vehicles may be parked in the garage. Guests may use vacant areas of the garage as long as they are mindful not to block the path for the lawnmower to get in and out unobstructed. Laundry is in the basement; a brand new Maytag washer & dryer, a nice table for folding laundry, even a rolling laundry cart for your convenience! Other things to note The lawn is usually mowed on Saturday mornings but depending on the weather, it may get done at other times. Our fabulous caretaker has a remote opener for the garage and doesn’t need to access the house to mow the lawn. His name is Vinny, say hi!
