Our home is well suited for families with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Situated between Great Bay and Little Pond with steps to Bristol Beach and Falmouth Heights. Bike or stroll the gravel trail along Great Pond to Vineyard Sound. Enjoy a relaxing morning on the deck. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, Shining Sea Bike Way, Island Queen Ferry, parks, playgrounds, and houses of worship. Come sink your toes in the sand and sea and enjoy the ocean breeze. Bikes available upon request! The space First floor offers a master suite with a queen bed and walk-in shower. Kitchen, living room and laundry facility offers families the flexibility to relax at home. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms with a centralized bathroom. King bedroom with a daybed, queen bedroom with additional twin, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Linens and towels provided! A/C through out the house. Other things to note There is a full upright grand piano for music lovers! Large deck with ample outdoor seating. A traditional Cape Cod outside shower for rinsing away the salt and sand. Sand toys and beach chairs available. Various size bicycles upon request(BYO-bicycle helmets).
