The Moosen Place

This basement apartment is close to Missoula, and the Bitterroot valley. Come stay in a sweet neighborhood with amazing recreation close by. This downstairs apartment has been insulated for noise reduction and has separate heat and AC. We do have kids and pets upstairs so you will hear some life happening above you. The fully stocked kitchen will allow you to cook to your hearts content. If you are coming for an event, to explore or just visit Montana this could be a great home base. The space We are on an acre lot in a sweet neighborhood. You will have a private entrance to this basement apartment on the opposite end of the house from our front door and a lovely view of the sunrise from the living room. There are lots of animals and kiddos so there is lots of life happening in the surrounding area. Guest access The whole apartment is yours. Unfortunately there is not a designated outdoor space for guests yet. Other things to note The gravel driveway would be suitable for a cargo trailer or the like if needed for dirt bikes, snowmobiles etc, or two vehicles. The neighborhood is very safe, so the risk of anyone messing with any of your stuff is slim to none. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
