The master bathroom is on the first level with a walk in closet and an en suite bathroom. The second level has three bedrooms all with queen size beds. One full bath and 1/2 bath. There is also a dedicated office space with beautiful views. The lower level is a walkout basement with French doors and lots of floor to ceiling windows. There is a children’s play area and a large sitting area with a flatscreen TV as well as a full size bed and twin size bed. This space is perfect for kids and teens who want to hang out. The laundry room is also located on the lower level with a washer and dryer and sink. My home is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a one minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood consists of three cul-de-sac roads that all have expensive marsh and beach views. Perfect for walking. Other things to note There’s a gas grill on the deck as well as a cooler, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, and plenty of beach towels.
