Musician-hosted central 2 BR with fenced carport!

I'm a local working musician in the city, sharing my dream home with ya! I'm often performing shows so you'll mostly have the place to yourself, but I can also cook and hang if desired. Less than 1.5 mile walk to Jazzfest, less than one mile walk to the French Quarter and Marigny. There's so many great places to eat nearby! Quiet neighborhood, private fenced backyard patio and carport. Spacious, well-lit, well-stocked, perfect for families, couples, professionals, musicians AND partiers. Dig! The space This place rocks. It's a newly-built house less than two years old. This is a launching pad for your adventures, a stone's throw away from the heart of the city, and a place to host lovely dinner parties and get-togethers. There is a faint ocean-like murmur of the interstate in the background but such peace and quiet on the block. There is no cable or satellite TV, but a medium-sized monitor to plug your computer or phone in and stream your stuff. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, except my room and my rehearsal space. The outdoor backyard patio and laundry facilities plus half bathroom is also accessible. During your stay I'm very available for advice and recommendations for food, travel, music, fun, and leisure. I'm also as hands-off as guests prefer. I've been a very active working musician here in New Orleans for over ten years. I've explored the city and sought fun in all the wrong places and found it and more in all the right places.
