Located on private beach community, our bungalow offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Just steps away from the sandy shores, you can enjoy morning walks on the beach, afternoon swims in the ocean, and evening sunsets. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming, with local cafes, seafood restaurants, and quaint shops all within walking distance. For those who love outdoor activities, there are plenty of options like surfing, paddleboarding, fishing and pickle ball nearby. The space LOCATED ON THE BEACH BLOCK Interior and Amenities Step inside the bungalow, and you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring plush seating, an Amazon Fire TV, wireless internet access and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen comes with appliances, Keurig, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your breakfast at the dining table or take it outside to the patio. The two bedrooms are decorated with coastal-inspired decor, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for guests or children, with bunk beds featuring a full and twin sized beds. The pull out sofa allows for additional sleeping space. The bathroom is clean and modern, equipped with a larger shower, and is accessible from the rear patio. Outdoor Space One of the highlights of this bungalow is its outdoor space. The private fenced in patio is great for keeping little ones contained and an ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening cocktails. With comfortable seating, in ground umbrellas and a gas barbecue grill, it's perfect for taking in the fresh ocean air and relaxing. Guest access All spaces of home are accessible to guests. The front door is equipped with a keypad access. Guests will be give a code prior to check in. Other things to note Please note this is a non smoking property. There will be a $300 fine for not following this house rule. Parking is limited to 2 cars on the rocks on the driveway. Please do not park on the road directly in front of the house. There are 2 bedrooms. One contains a queen bed. The other has a bunk bed, with a twin on top and full on the bottom. The pull out sofa is a queen size. Bed linens and pillows are included for your convenience. Bath and beach towels are not supplied. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. There will be a $1000 fine for not complying with this house rule. This house is equipped with exterior security cameras. Per the community bylaws if weekly badges are needed guests will be required to fill out a beach badge application and purchase and pickup badges at the Ocean Beach and Bay Club. Current 2025 cost is $175 for 8 weekly badges.
