Can get busy during the day. The water levels can rise in the area very quickly between late February and August. The road can be muddy or rough depending on weather conditions. Cars can access the house when it’s dry, but a truck or suv is recommended. Lake Bistineau is currently being drained so the bayou in will start getting really low. There will be water in the bayou, even at full draw down, it will just be much shallower than normal
