The house features an open layout with a full dining room, modern kitchen, and cozy living area, complete with a pull-out sofa that comfortably accommodates additional guests. The bedroom has a queen bed along with a full closet for storing your luggage. The kitchen features new appliances and includes everything you need to feel at home (pots, pans, cups, coffee maker, tea kettle, baking sheets, utensils, spices & more!). We offer in-unit laundry along with a private entrance and dedicated off-street parking spot. Just half a block from the beach, the front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in the evening ocean breeze. The nearby restaurants and shops are easily walkable with the Italian classic Cafe Valenciano less than .1 miles away. Whether you're in the mood to unwind or explore, this condo provides the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, blending beachside charm with all the comforts of home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first-floor unit and front porch. There is a dedicated entrance along with one off-street parking spot. Other things to note Noise: While we are not in the direct runway path, depending on the wind direction and runway use you may hear planes taking off. Additionally, this is an old house so you may hear people walking above you. Pets: This is a pet-free rental however a pet lived here previously and visits occasionally. Despite thorough cleanings after each visit, we feel it's important to note for anyone with a severe allergy. Children: Our house is not set up for small children. All guests must be at least 16 years of age and bookers must be 25. Extra Guests: We charge an additional $50 per guest that stay who were not on the original booking.
